The slides from the lesson, with the annotations the tutor made live on them. Students who miss a week are not left guessing what the cohort covered.
Topic summary sheets
One page per topic. Everything the specification asks for, laid out to be revised from rather than read through.
Knowledge checklists
The specification turned into a list a student can honestly RAG-rate. It is also what tells us where to point the next lesson.
Core flashcards
Spaced-repetition flashcards built from the specification. Every review is logged, so 'they have been revising' becomes a number you can see.
Past paper and question bank
Questions filtered by topic and by command word, so practice targets the exact thing the student is weak at.
Monthly mock exams
Sat under timed conditions and marked with individual written feedback, then fed straight into the mistake bank.

What the tracking gives you
Every flashcard review and every practice question is logged against the student. That is what turns a parent update from an opinion into a number.

Every mark a student drops is recorded and categorised. Not so we can point at it — so we know exactly what to do next.
Knowledge gap
They didn't know the content
The information wasn't there to recall. Common early in a topic, and the easiest gap to close once it is actually identified.
Targeted flashcards and a re-teach of the specific point — then re-tested.
Exam gap
Poor technique, or couldn't apply what they knew
They knew the content but the answer didn't earn the marks — the wrong command word, no working shown, or an application question they couldn't get into.
